Acquire a U.S. Business — and a U.S. Visa

If you’re looking to move to the United States, one of the most strategic ways to qualify for an E-2 or EB-5 Visa is through business ownership.

We help international partners acquire profitable U.S.-based businesses — and use that acquisition to successfully secure an E-2 Visa or start the EB-5 process.

Our Affiliate Partner Program provides the structure, credibility, team, and support needed to make this possible — and we’ve done it before.

Who This Is For

This pathway is ideal for:

  • Canadian citizens (or any E-2 treaty country national)
  • Entrepreneurs looking to relocate to the U.S. through business ownership
  • Investors seeking a clear path to a visa through real business acquisition
  • Professionals with the financial means to fund both the visa process and business deal

How We Help

When you partner with us, we provide:

  • Hands-on support to find and acquire a qualifying business
  • The credibility, documentation, and strategic structure needed for visa petitions
  • Long-term operational guidance so your business thrives once you’re approved

We do not provide legal immigration services — but our program gives you everything you need to meet the business side of E-2 or EB-5 eligibility.

Real Story: Watch How One of Our Partners Secured an E-2 Visa

In this recorded session, we walk through how we helped a partner acquire a Florida-based HVAC company and relocate to the U.S. through the E-2 visa program.

E-2 Visa Requirements (At a Glance)

To qualify for an E-2 Visa, you must:

  • Be a national of an E-2 treaty country (e.g., Canada, U.K., Australia, Japan, Germany, etc.)
  • Invest a “substantial amount” in a U.S.-based business (typically $100K+)
  • Own at least 50% of the business
  • Be entering the U.S. to develop and direct the business
  • Show that the business will support you and your family (not marginal income)

Our program helps fulfill these business-related requirements with you.

EB-5 Visa Requirements (At a Glance)

The EB-5 visa is an investor-based green card program that typically requires:

  • A minimum investment of $800,000 to $1,050,000 depending on the area
  • Investment in a new commercial enterprise
  • Creation of 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers
  • Proof of legal source of funds

This is a more capital-intensive option, but also grants permanent residency.
We help partners align with the business structure necessary to support an EB-5 application.
